Mosca in both Italian and Spanish means Fly. The restaurant though was not named after that 

Guillermo Mendez, from Costa Rica has been cooking Italian food for almost 20 years over the 

years he obtained the nick name ¨mosca which is what his known by now a days.

Falling  in love with cooking Italian Food, he became determined to open up his own place and 

add his own little taste of  Italy. 

Mosca´s Restaurant has its own unique taste and peculiar ambience.
